At Plush Kingdom, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your plush toy purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy for all unused items. Customized plush toys are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. For returns, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that gift-wrapped items and opened plush toys cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is happy to assist you!
